Wow! The oxtail surpassed my expectations. Great flavor with a slight spice. I will definitely be back.

Lovely authentic Jamaican restaurant with reasonable prices for full balanced meals. Red Snapper and Oxtail are a rare treat in DC and you can get both here.

The owner is super welcoming and the chef can probably make anything you want! The ambiance makes you feel like you are sitting in an island vacation.

Order ahead for pickup or be prepared to hang out a while for made-to-order restaurant meals!

The food would get 5 stars but not the service. We came in, waited to be seated. Asked for a beer to start but it took a while to come out, as long as it took the food to come out. We were given our food to go style but we were seated to eat down and had previously expressed that. Also waited for eating utensils and condiments. The curry chicken and rice and peas were AMAZING, the cabbage was a little bland, looked like white picked onions but it was good, almost like steamed cabbage alone. The staff was friendly but the service to get things we needed was very slow and there weren't many other customers.
