(January 4, 2022, 10:30 pm)This is the best pho I've ever had. I wouldn't consider myself a connoisseur, but it's beaten out any I've tried before and any I've tried since. It's a very low-key spot with just the one type of dish for now: Pho. The broth is delicious and the meat is always perfectly done. They've been closed since Thanksgiving for renovations and an expanded menu and my partner and I are anxiously awaiting their return. Since they've been closed we've found ourselves wanting to go at least twice a week - it's been good for our budget at least, but we're excited to go back and see the updates they've made.
