Smoked and Smashed (Burgers and BBQ)

Let me start with Oxtail & fried rice of his, is a must try period end of discussion. I wish he had plantains to go with them, online ordering is the only way to get food.
They work out of a commercial kitchen so it's pickup only, it can be confusing your 1st time especially b/c it's also a uber eats driver spot.

Had their food at a catering event. The wings, sauce, and some of the special dishes they made for the event (egg rolls and deviled eggs) were phenomenal. I got to meet Will, one of 5he business partners, and he's a really kind person that strives to make good food and improve the business's cuisine as they move forward. Was blown away with the food and I look forward to trying other items when I visit in the future.

Their “Luther” Triple Smash Burger (with 3 smash patties, caramelized onions, & cheese on a donut bun $17.95). LIKE THAT!! That sweet donut bun, & juicy burgers…YES!!

Their Classic Smash Burger (a double smash patty with cheese, & caramelized onions on a brioche bun $11.95). LIKE THAT!! Cheesy, & flavorful with those onions!!

Their Brisket Sandwich (with smoked brisket, & a chipotle peach bbq sauce on a brioche bun $15.95). DECENT. Meaty, but a tad bit dry. STAMP that peach bbq sauce though!!

Their Smoked Ribs (1 lb of pork ribs with chipotle peach bbq sauce on top $19.95). STAMP!! They fell off the bone, with that peach bbq sauce…WINNING!!

Their Creamy Mac n Cheese ($8). DECENT. Edible, I just needed some flair to this.

Their Hand Cut Fries (salt n peppered $6). STAMP!! Well seasoned, hand cut, tasty at home in the air fryer!!

Their Smoked Wings (3 whole smoked wings with peach mumbo sauce $10). STAMP!! Smoked THEN fried!! No sauce needed!!

Their Brisket Philly Cheesesteak (with the caramelized onions, & a cheese sauce on a hoagie roll $16.95). LIKE THAT!! The cheese sauce moistened this sandwich up! Brisket & a flavored cheese in every bite!!

Their Peach Poundcake French Toast (a fried Poundcake in the shape of French Toast with peach fruit & drizzle $7). STAMP!! GET THIS!! WOW!! Buttery, sweet, fried DELICIOUSNESS!!
