Food was delicious, nice ambiance w/water views, great drinks, manager stopped by our table to check on us, overall experience was pleasant.. although our server girl was a bit slow on taking our food order and absent for quite some time. An apology was offered after I mentioned it, and we were told that the kitchen was backed up. It would’ve been nice to hear THAT PART beforehand, not later. We’ll be back for sure!
Looking for a nice date spot? Need a nice place to take your parents? Looking for fun outdoor vibes and drinks with friends? You will not be disappointed here. The ambiance + the quality, presentation, freshness and flavor of the food is amazing. Service was wonderful too.
This place is such a refreshing new restaurant in DC. The food was incredible. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh and there really was nothing I didn’t absolutely love. The ambiance is unique and fun and the server was very sweet and attentive. The manager came by and asked how everything was and I said 10/10. Very impressed with this new addition to the DC restaurant scene and I’m guessing they are going to be the next hot spot in the area.
Great food with the best riverfront view in DC! I’ve been a few times as the restaurant has opened during its soft opening phase. The menu is pretty diverse with new twists on things such as Brussel sprouts, duck, and seafood. If you’re not in the mood for formal dining food, there are plenty of casual menu options such as the wings! The outside seating area may be the closest to the water of any DC waterfront restaurant. Definitely a future gem and place to try!
Fantastic food. Service was excellent. The views and the atmosphere of The Point are on point (pardon the pun). The inside is well decorated with a distinct theme that is not overbearing. Details are everywhere so look around while you are here. Try a cocktail and do NOT leave without trying the hushpuppies. The flat iron steak was perfect and dessert is worth leaving room for.
