“I visited the Kitchen Number 1 in Georgetown, DC. Excellent food. It is very small, just a few seats to eat in. I usually carry out my orders. They have the best egg foo young, shrimp fried rice and beef lomein. Their chicken wings are delicious. Parking spots are difficult to find!”

“I have been looking for some good ol' NY style pizza since I moved to Washington DC. So far all of the pizza that I have tried has been disappointing at best except for a few deli style places in the Maryland and Virginia suburbs. I'd have to rate the pizza as 5/5. It is up until this point the best NY style pizza in DC. My five star rating only reflects the food, however. Unfortunately, the service on my first experience was less than par, likely 0/5. I ordered online (through eat24) and my pizza arrived in about 35 minutes. I got a phone call from the driver at 1:00 AM, but my phone didn't ring. Instead I got a voicemail. I called back at 1:02 AM and the drive had already left. I had to pull his teeth out to get him to come back begrudgingly and with a sigh. I was confused as how he could have come by and not have knocked on the door. He came back at 1:05 and I think I figured out why he came and left without a whisper. I went downstairs after he called saying he was here, and he was still in his car. He never got out of the car and if he had gotten out of the car after the first trip, he could have rung the doorbell and gotten my attention. Of course it was raining, so I went outside and picked up my DELIVERY pizza from his car. I took the pizza and thanked him. As I was heading back to my home, he says "that's it?" I said, "excuse me?" He goes on to say, "where is the tip?" I told him I left it on the credit card and he has the nerve to say, "but I came twice." That pretty much sums up the poor service from the delivery man. Thankfully, I spoke to eat24 about my experience. The representative I spoke to told my story to the store manager immediately, who was upset and apologetic about my experience. They issued me a refund for my poor service. Hopefully that was just an anomaly or a terrible delivery driver. As long as the pizza is still good, I will continue to order from Al Capuccino's.”

“Fantastic food and smoothies. Great for a quick, casual bite. Much Better than a typical sandwich place. I go there all the time. My favorite is the Georgetowner. Definitely recommend.”

“The guys there were really friendly while doing Ubereats and sometimes eating out. I love their jumbo slices of pizza and buffalo wings. They were a kind that I will never forget how it tastes compared to the other places. Pizza Movers is the definite place I recommend anyone in Georgetown, American, GW, and DC to get a good slice or box of pizza.”

“Ok so I'll be honest, I was expecting average service & food at best however this place really surprised me! We were taking my wife to a hair appointment in Georgetown and I was hungry. So we choose here cause it right across the street. The man at the counter had great customer service. He was inviting & friendly. My pizza had sausage, pepperoni & onions. The pie was fresh, hot and prepared fast. Love this location!”

“I love your food but the on-line ordering process is a bit cumbersome. There are too many questions to the point where I considered canceling my order twice. I’m not saying the questions aren’t relevant there are just too many of them. Perhaps one solution is to make your site less busy and format it more cleanly. In the end I suspect most of us are simply too hungry to respond to them.”

“Good pizzas, good salads. But they keep getting parts of my order wrong! I often do carryout, and I now have to tell myself to always look over the items first before leaving. Prices are fair for Georgetown area. Their chicken wings are also pretty good, but can't really compare to a nearby joint that specializes in that. Staff are friendly enough, just wish they had a bit more attention to detail.”

“I love this place. This is a standard little family-run hole-in-the-wall restaurant, bare except for the little order window and a place to stand and wait. They're very fast, friendly, and the food is pretty good and cheap. My favorite neighborhood corner Chinese restaurant for quick food after going out.”

“I’m in between. This is the third time I’ve ordered garlic sauce and haven’t received garlic sauce. I also ordered around noon and got it two hours later. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful even offering a free dessert. Very much appreciated. Don’t get me wrong it’s snowing so I get it. The driver however, instead of bringing the pizza or calling as he claims just blasted the horn from outside. DC is the only place I know where drivers don’t do door deliveries and I’ve lived in NY. The pizza’s good, not totally hot or anything. It was made well. Im in between. All I can say is order at your own discretion. Definitely remember to remind them of ALL your orders or do carry out.”

“Pizzaro is a darn decent restaurant. I am a fan of their brick oven baked jumbo slice pizza. They are conveniently located in the 500 block of Florida Ave. NW. They are moderately priced and the servers/cashier's are friendly and helpful.”

“There is a woman name Sabrina Who works at this location. Sabrina not only showed the best customer service I’ve ever received from a delivery service, she also made pizza how their supposed to be made. If I was coming from New York to DC I would starve until I get to Sabrina . She’s just that great! Sabrina if you ever read this you have a customer out here that’s extremely pleased with your services.”

“They have one of the best acai bowls out there. There's a Hawaiian one with pineapple strawberries and banana with the option of adding peanut butter and it's delicious. Good coffee but the cups for coffee kind of suck. Quick-service and somewhat high prices.”

“Their pizza is good but their individual slice options were very picked over when I went. They also didn't seem to give much priority to making more. This was in the middle of the afternoon, so it wasn't like they were about to close. If you want to order a full pizza you'll be fine, but if you want individual slices, it might be worth calling ahead to see what they actually have so you aren't disapointed when you get there. The seating area is on the small size but is well utilized. If they aren't busy, you can fit a decent size group but when they are busy it can get tight.”

“Product quality is very good, customer service is extraordinary, and general vibe is good. Favoite item, Roast Beef Plain Slim; favorite time to visit, between 2 and 4 P.M. (everyone is more relaxed and food is being prepared for the evening). Parking is not bad if you do not mind walking a block or two from a side street parking spot.”

“Now this is a good pizza. The folks in here are always polite. Everything is made to order but service is incredibly fast. This branch keeps busy, but the folks here seem to have a handle on it. The pizza is good but they have a diverse menu as well. Parking here is difficult most days. This outlet doesnt have a dine in option. But the atmosphere stays lively.”

“Not sure why this place has these ratings, it's cheap and delicious pizza. One slice is large enough to feed a small family, and it tastes great.”
