Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Love the salads, but I guess we're going to have to start checking our order before we leave the window. At least one salad out of two wrong on two of the last five occasions. Need a verification screen at the drive thru like at other places.

We used the drive through. The food was good and hot. The service was fast.

I'm a frequent at this zaxbys. I love the chicken. Its always fresh and delicious. Recently they have been messing stuff up on our orders. So I called to have it fixed. That didn't go so well so I went online to submit a complaint form. Which actually ended up being followed up by the manager. He ended up replacing our whole meal so I am more than happy. This zaxbys is a good place. Most places wouldn't give you that call back to fix a problem so 5 stars for them.

Best tasting tender I've had in a long time! Fast service great tasting coke from their freestyle machine! Dining and restroom areas appeared clean. Definitely would stop in again. Best Zaxby's we've ate at... hands down !!
