Dick Mondell's Burgers & Fries

This is an incredibly well established place. I would say that everything about it has been wellcrafted and you can see the intricate efforts put into this. The food is of course amazing and reasonably priced. I am a big fan that they are an early adopter of the impossible Burger which is something I recommend for everyone. They also had paper straws which is a step in the right progressive direction. Coffee shake was very thick which was good but I did think it could be better. The branding of the place is very modern as you can see their logo is put on all their packaging and the building is flavorful for just a small place. It's incredible how they transitioned the fast food burger joint into a modern feel. I did wish the location was better so they could get more traffic but I don't think that was really in their control. Overall amazing and I recommend.

I came here because I wanted to try the new impossible burger. I got their regular burger to compare. Its good but still just not as good as a regular burger. I would buy it again and it's the closest thing to a real burger I've ever tasted. I do think both the regular and the impossible burger were a bit over cooked, but again both were delicious. I think the impossible burger suffers more from being overcooked than the regular burger. Their regular burger was very good and I liked their special sauce. The sweet potato tots were a little too sweet, I think they added sugar to them. They were also a little less crispy than I desire. The bag your food comes in also had a funny pun on it.

This place has the best burgers and friendliest staff in town. Enjoyed the high-quality of the burger and really good price of it. The patties were so fresh and you can see staff preparing that. Must try!

Place is new as of December 2018. Nice big meaty burgers. Clean facility and clean bathrooms. Employees are patient with new customers and explain things when asked about their products. They carry the impossible burger which is plant based beef. Was very tasty barely could tell the difference in taste and visuals from cow beef. Good selection of menu items of chicken, beef, veggie burgers, salads shakes, coffee products from Opus Roasters, sweet potato tater tots was delightful for a change. Service was quite fast despite the influx of the lunch time crowd. Place could use at least 3 extra patio umbrellas. Side note all seating is outside designated to standing under a overhang or bench and table style seating. Drive thru service available. Only minor flaw is the fries. Average fries here. One suggestion. Would like a green style burger here wrapped in a bib of lettuce.

Extremely delicious. Not fast food hamburger patties either, the double is a massive burger with thick patties. Be sure to get the special sauce and cheese with bacon, you’ll regret it if you don’t. Don’t eat it in the car either. You need to sit down with at least two paper towels and the burger wrapper with both hands to enjoy this thing. Milkshakes are tasty and just the right amount of thickness. After that and the burger I could barely finish the thick cut salted small fry. I’m ready to go back. Come eat here!! Local ingredients and paper straws make you feel good, too.
