    Of all the places in Gainesville this is one of them of favorites!!! We are here at least once a week! The service and the food is amazing! Thank you for everything!!! Mr. Mark makes our day along with Titi and JD! Thank you for everything!!!!

    I absolutely LOVE Love love this place. I work next door so I pretty much eat here every chance I get. Mimi (the owner) is SO sweet and the servers work so hard and are very friendly as well!! Being new to Gainesville/Florida, my experience eating at restaurants hasn't been the best but CHOP STIX BISTRO is amazing! (food and service)

    Great atmosphere and consistently delicious food. I love the fresh sushi and the bang bang shrimp appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant when you want to take time to enjoy your meal in a relaxing setting.
