La Tienda

Authentic Mexican fare is hard to find but greatly appreciated. La Tienda makes you feel like you are in a local Mexican neighborhood. The name hints at a store which does exist with a wide range of Mexican ingredients and treats and accessed from the restaurant. These are the ingredients that are transformed to Mexican magic in the restaurant. Order at a counter and it gets delivered to your table. On a lazy summer Sunday we feasted on the best Mexican food we have had outside of Mexico. It is informal and full of families enjoying the authentic ambiance and food.

OMG! So Good! Seems like a small family owned place and you order upfront and pay, then sit and wait for them to bring your food to you. It was ridiculously delicious. And cheap! can't beat that. The 2 salsas looked and tasted like they were freshly made and one of them was so spicy!

Casual, stand up & order, fabulous Mexican food. Love the whole fried tillapia or fajitas! Delicious & affordable. Outside seating also available. One of my favorite local go-to spots.

This place is definitely far from being an elegant restaurant but the food is really good. I don't normally like much Mexican food but I have been here multiple times and I always left with a full belly and satisfied. The food is really good and very affordable so you don't really have any excuse for not trying it out. If you do, I'm sure you'll go back.

The flavors were phenomenal. Ingredients were fresh and simple. You could tell that the food is made with love and from scratch. I would give them 5 stars but I thought the food was a bit pricey. Overall, super delicious!
