Fast services sometimes too much salt. Update 4/1/19 had a great experience today and appreciate the willingness of the franchise to improve and respond to my concerns.

Wow! This was some of the best service I have ever had at a krystals. The staff was so accommodating! I ordered a large sweet tea they told me about their gallon and half gallon sizee that they sell. I bought half a gallon for about the price of 2 drinks! They were so nice!

The lady working the drive thru was an absolute delight! I can't remember her name, but she was working around 10:30 on January 24, which was my b-day. This is the second time she's works when I have come through. And she's absolutely charming. I really hope you have an employee of the month program. She's got that spirit!!!

Not as good as they once were. Back in the day Krystal was awesome, and they still are good. The only thing I can think of though when I go there is I wish we had a white castle lol. Besides that service is fast, parking is good, and the food is pretty cheap! Should check it out if you want quick food and are low on money.
