Enjoyed the food here on a slow Monday night. I ordered the spicy tuna tower with avocado and roe. It was delicious. On a tip from a friend, I asked for them to go light on the sauce, and I was glad I did - otherwise I might not have been able to taste the tuna. (It comes marinated and then served with additional spicy mayo and eel sauce on top, I had them leave the extra sauces off.) Prices are a little on the high side for Gainesville, but the food was good and I'll be back.

Ended up having to wait a long time. The food was good but the wait wasn't worth it ultimately. The sushi came quick and was good though, so order that for sure.

The food and atmosphere were good, though there was a ripping black tarp blocking what looked like an unfinished wall that was a little distracting. Our waitress was very sweet! The kitchen seemed a bit understaffed as I noticed some tables waiting quite a while to get food. I also ended up waiting for my order for over 20 minutes after the rest of my group (three others) got their food. The only other thing to comment on was some (what I'm assuming was) truffle dish. A table near ours ordered something that smelled so heavily like kerosene that we all got headaches...maybe cut back on that artificial truffle oil!
