The sushi here is great. I personally like the Alexander roll the best. But they serve big portions on other food if you are not in the mood for sushi. The krab ragoons are very good. It comes with a peach dipping sauce. I ask for this sauce to dip my sushi in. It is very good. Nice and friendly staff as well.

First time coming here. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, food came out on time. However my sushi was subpar. Rice was undercooked and dry. Had hard bits of rice in my rolls. Suggest making 8 piece cuts instead of making more thinly sliced pieces. This way it's not falling apart or folding when being eaten. Most important thing for sushi is the rice. That is all. Good luck on your restaurant.

I went for lunch with friends. We split 5 rolls between the 3 of us. Each roll was very good. They all had their own unique taste and we're not the same same ingredients with a different sauce. I particularly liked the one with jalapeno on top. The price was pretty reasonable and when considering the quality of the food made me feel like I should've been charged more. I highly recommend trying this place!

Definitely a cute place with great atmosphere. It was my first time but the appetizer we got was the chicken lettuce wraps (delicious) and I got the spicy bowl. It was pretty good, definitely spicy and distinctive. The best was the tempura cheesecake! Hands down my favorite thing so far. But I definitely think it's worth trying this place out!

Volcanic Sushi and Sake is THE place to get amazing service, delicious and fresh sushi, with a great atmosphere. Staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The executive chef Devin is inventive, personable, and talented. All around wonderful experience and will definitely be back often! Thanks, Devin and Team.
