This place has the best, fresh made Pinchos around with seasoning and sauces that have been passed down for generations. This is a family run business and it shows with the passion and dedication they have to making the best Puerto Rican cuisine in Florida!

(July 14, 2019, 9:24 pm)Finally authentic Puerto Rican Food! Guillermo and his wife were beyond sweet with great customer service! We had the arroz con guandles (rice with peas) bbq pork pinchos (pork shish kabob), monfongo with the garlic topping, a pernil empanada, and a papa rellena! Everything was amazingly delicious! If you're in Gainsville this is a must try! ????
