(January 3, 2024, 6:12 am)Flouthern catered a friend's party. Their jerk pork belly was the best bbq I have ever tasted. It was flavorful and had a deep smoke ring. It melted in my mouth.
The side dishes were very good. My favorite was the collard greens. They were in a sauce that was tangy and spicy. Much different than the collard greens I am used to and what is served at most soul food restaurants.
They are a food truck but I haven't seen them around town. If I hadn't attended the party I wouldn't have known they existed.
