Kinya Ramen

So I went there for the first time and had pork buns for an appetizer followed by Kinya Ramen.The soup base was so delicious my head almost fell off with delight. The noodles just enough bounce and chewability!
However the pork was not very tender but was a large quantity, I mean there was at least 5 good pieces in there when usually you would get two.
Overall this was the best ramen I have ever had in the Gainesville area.

If your into neighborhood food scene, this is the place for you. It’s not by the water or on the ocean so that the outside is the focus, no this place is all about the Food! And the service. I was not sure strip mall sushi 🍱 was my favorite place,but I have to be honest, it was really good. We enjoyed several tuna rolls with yum yum and eel sauce. Perfect 🤩. Then we tried pork augies ? Sorry my spelling is terrible, but you can see from the picture. Again very good flavors and texture. We enjoyed the IPA 🍺 from a bottle and the water tastes great too. So if you want an affordable option for sushi I can recommend this place with confidence you will enjoy the experience.

Absolutely in love with this place! Having tried many of the ramen places in and around Gainesville this is by far the best. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming & enjoyable. The food arrived quickly & was simply incredible. Will definitely be coming back many times.

Gainesville has been lacking a good ramen + sushi spot for a while. I think Kinya scratched that itch for me. We went right after seeing that they opened and wow, it was beyond our expectations. The inside decor is very eccentric with lots of Japanese pop culture references, and the staff were SO FRIENDLY. Our server Phoebe was so kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food too, wow, it was so genuinely tasty. 100% would recommend

First of all, the server was wonderfully helpful. This was my first time trying “real” Ramen, and she very kindly gave me recommendations.

I got the Pork Buns, which looked like little tiny soft tacos, but with pork, lettuce, and some sweet/savory sauces. Very, very good.

The Ramen I got at the suggestion of the server was pork stock with noodles (of course) a hard boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green onion, and roasted pork.

First of all, I could take a bath in the soup stock, it was delicious. In fact, everything was delicious, and I plan to make this a regular stop whenever I’m in the mood for some crazy good soup.
