Tinker Food Truck

Tinker is the one food truck I've ever left home in 50 degree weather to pick up. Even in this cold, this place brings a warmth you can't get anywhere else. Salsa music fills the atmosphere, and whether you speak English or Spanish, the owner and every staff member makes you feel like family. The food is incredible and the owner and staff are the friendliest folks in town. Eat local, and start at Tinker!

Best Venezuelan burgers hands down! I was so glad to see a food truck like this open up back during the summer and have been a frequent ever since. The customer service here is amazing and the folks will always look out for you. If you’re in Gainesville and need a late night fix, this is the place to go.

Absolutely amazing. Everything form here is so good and you will not leave hungry. They recently catered a party for us and it came out absolutely amazing. I don't think a single person left unimpressed (and we have some very picky eaters in the group). If you hear that the truck is around and you are the slightest bit hungry.... Just go! Whether it is a burger, arepa, or dessert.... Everything is great!

To be honest, it all started wrong... but it did not take long for them to realize the mistake, and suddenly they did everything to fix it, they went beyond their responsibilities, they did more, a lot more to fix the situation.... I was really pleased to see what customer service means for them. This is a place I will definitely come back, and will do all I can to let people know how good this place is...
The food? the best burger we have had in a very long time..... the pepito, just incredible....
If I could give them 6 stars, I would....
When reviewing a place, I normally talk, not only about the food, but also about customer service, about how the restaurant made us feel while in their place... and these people, did it ALL perfect!!!

Came all the way from another city to try this food truck! IT WAS SO WORTH IT! The food was fresh, the service was great, & the originality of the recipes is definitely worth trying. Delicious food!!!! I 100% recommended. You may need to wait a bit for your order to be ready because they get full but, it’s only because everyone knows how good it is.
