Cicis

I've been to 12 different Cici's in 8 states and this may be the best. The employees are constantly cleaning and the seating area is large. They still have custom personal pizzas complete with buzzers to let you know it's ready, while other franchises just throw the pizza on the buffet and you have to fight for it. The cinnamon rolls are the best that I have had at any Cici's and far better than most at any establishment. The buffet had a good selection and the salad bar looked fresh.

The service and cleanliness was fantastic! It's the quality of food that's gone downhill. Mostly grease and some of the toppings tasted like they went bad. Those working there are doing the best they can with what they're given.

I want to take a moment to appreciate the manager, Tamika. She ran that buffet like she was running the kitchen of a 5 star restaurant.

When I arrived there were maybe 5 other people in the restaurant, but there was soon a rush of 20+ people. Tamika made sure the buffet was refilled quickly and the personal pizza orders were taken care of, on top of making sure the buffet and work stations were clean, dishes put away, garlic butter refilled, etc. I watched this lovely woman do more work in half an hour than my coworkers in retail do for an entire shift. I was impressed by how quickly she turned things around and made sure the buffet was full and clean.

This woman deserves a raise for being one hell of a manager and I hope she’s treated well by the company - she deserves it! Way to go, Tamika! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
