    They sell the very best products (Herbalife) with the best attitude, teas are mixed to perfection and the shakes blended to the right consistency. Hands down the best nutrition place on the beach!

    My first time here! The man explained everything to me on the menu! They have gluten free option as well which is AMAZING !! I get the Peach Mango tea to go with my Caramel Latte Shake! Absolutely amazing!!! I always love to support our small town businesses and would 100% recommend this place !!!!

    Very welcoming environment
    I have tried two teas, the beautiful mess which is now my favorite and one was the special and they were delicious. And I have now had the Oreo Strawbeery Cheesecake both times!
