Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

I moved to Florida from The Great State of Texas almost 20 years ago and for a 18 of those years i have been missing and craving my Texas Bar-B-Cue. Imagine my delight when I noticed a Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Cue Coming Soon. If you are unfamiliar with GOOD Bar-B-Cue, and folks here that have never had Texas Bar-B-Cue, you are in for a Treat. When you’ve got a man sized hunger, go to Rudy’s , they have the best Brisket, best Hot Links and The best Potato Salad you can find East of Texas! Those are not all they sale, but I’ve never tried the Chicken or Turkey, but I’m sure it is great too. Loosen your belt and load up, you’ll love it.

The layout is quite genius, actually. I had 1/2 lb of brisket, banana pudding and some of the green chili stew (spicy version of Brunswick stew). Everything tasted great! If there was a Rudy's in my hometown, I would eat there at least once a week! Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Will definitely eat here again when I'm in PCB! Not a single person in my group had any complaints!

It's BBQ , good portions but a tad on the expensive side for a chain.

Potato salad was awesome. Ribs were fall off the bone.

Staff was super friendly and the gentleman named Patrick who checked on us was awesome.

I'll go back again the next time I'm on the beach side.

This week was out first experience eating at a Rudy's after hearing rave reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Our only complaint is that there are too many good choices. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and very patient and helpful while we narrowed down our choices. We will definitely eat here every time we visit Panama City Beach.

Upon walking in, the person greeting us was extremely friendly and nice to talk to. The ordering process was fine and we were able to get our food in a timely manner. The food in general was very good. I got pork loin and it tasted really good. The spice and the smokey taste was very well. A family member of mine got the turkey and she enjoyed it. Another family member got brisket and he loved it and said the flavoring was nice. All in all the experience here was 10/10. I loved the open seating (being able to sit where you want) and the atmosphere was nice.
