Bayou Joes Marina & Grill

We found this place while looking on Google for restaurants. It was definitely a great choice! The food was great! The service was wonderful! It is a small restaurant right on the water at the end or a dock, so there might be a wait, but it is definitely worth it! You can feed the fish with your scraps of food you have left, they go crazy! We will definitely be returning, and I recommend you give them a try as well!

We were looking for a place in Panama City, FL where we could drive the boat up and have lunch. So glad we found Bayou Joe's. A small hole in the wall atmosphere with great food. We all loved each of the dishes we chose. The shrimp and grits was excellent. Several different flavors of margaritas 🍹 that were all good. I would definitely recommend Bayou Joe's if your looking for a great local seafood place with a great atmosphere.

Loved this place. We charted a boat and went there for lunch. Pulled the boat right up to the door. We sat in the boat while they took order and brought our food. Was so cool. We had the Fried Green Bean and Fried Pickles. Both were great. Will definitely go back.

We just moved to Panama City and we are so sick of the same five restaurants. I accidentally found this place and I am in love. Keep in mind there are only 10 tables and it's all outside so be cautious about when you go. They don't have air conditioning obviously just a couple of fans. But you're literally sitting on top of the bay. We had the stuffed shrimp which was delicious but it's a little pricey at $10 for only four of them. They are deep-fried. We also have the fried pickles for that I would say it's neither here nor there not the best not the worst. They do have great ranch! For dinner we had a steak and fish and both were delicious. I do have to say the portions are quite small on whatever you get but I'll definitely be back! Service was great, location was great, atmosphere was excellent!

This place is amazing. Our party of 5 showed up 40 minutes before closing. The owner wasn't sure if he would be able to get us in because there were already 8 groups of people in front of us. After checking, he came back and told us he would make it happen. We were all so thankful he did! He spoke to us, along with some locals, about some places to check out while visiting. Once seated, the staff was super friendly, even after working past closing time. The food was delicious! Perfectly priced for the amount of food you get. All 5 of us could not finish our plates. And feeding the catfish leftovers was just an added bonus. This place is a hidden gem you hope to find while on vacation! I highly recommend trying this place!
