Update--Okay, I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I came today for a breakfast sandwich and TWO iced coffees because I still believe this is some of the best iced coffee I've ever had. The service was polite and prompt and the food came out hot and quick! And not in the "we pulled this from under the heating lamp" quick--it was so delicious and fresh. I always make a point to stop here if I'm on this side of town. 20/10 recommend.

I’m going to make a bold statement here and say that this is some of the best iced coffee that I’ve ever had. I had a breakfast burrito and it was very delicious however it was a little small so I should’ve ordered two. Aside from that the service is excellent, efficient, and quick, but not in the bad way quick. I highly recommend stopping by here on a Saturday morning before hitting the Saint Andrews farmers market. It’s quite a delight and again order the iced coffee because it’s really good.
We first ate at Tudor’s Biscuit World about the 3rd month after they opened up in Panama City so that was over 5 years ago. I saw their sign as we were driving by and looked them up online. We saw that they had pinto beans on their menu (hard to find on menus anywhere) and we had to try it. We have tried them and so much more that we have been going there once a week (at least) ever since that day minus a few here and there due to circumstances beyond our control. Everything we have tried there is so, so ,so good and the owners and employees are the best ever!! Their homemade biscuits are superb! Their biscuits and gravy, French toast, chili, vegetable plates, breakfast plates and their Southern Bowl with cheese grits, scrambled eggs and sausage are fantastic!! An awesome place to enjoy a great meal!!!!
This is hands down the best breakfast you can have handed to you through a window in Bay County. As an added bonus they give dog treats if you have your furry friends on board.
Watch out for the line during busy times though. It can get so long that there's a line just to get into the line, and if you have the misfortune of approaching from the wrong direction on 23rd street and are wanting to make a left turn into the parking lot you’ll watch as car after car coming from the other direction back fill it every time you think you’re going to get a chance to pull in. Their food is good, but I don’t know if it’s so good that I’d bother driving up 23rd and looking for a place to turn around just so you can get into the line. At that point maybe just pull into Coram’s instead.
