Ellie Mae's Tiki Bar

This is an absolute must visit if ever in the area. We got the pleasure of meeting the owner and infamous Ellie Mae while on a short trip to Cocoa Beach. When visiting the restaurant the staff were amazing and the atmosphere wonderful. The peel and eat shrimp are the best in town and street corn that comes with it a superb addition. If you want a true beach bar vibe without the tourist trap nature this is the place. Do yourself a favor and try this place, we will definitely be back on our next visit. Out of the entire trip this was by far my favorite spot.

Very friendly staff. The outside area has good shade for me but sun areas for those interested. There were several different entrees I would have tried and will later. I had the potroast which was perfect. I also had a corn on the cob which had like cheese?, paprika? And other seasonings and was tasty. You should see the bloody Mary bar. You won't be disappointed.

Great little find on the space coast. Cool vibe, great food, way more than the usual 'bar food'.
The french dip is delicious and the pot roast sliders are a unique take with mashed potatoes and carrots on a soft roll. Nice outdoor bar area too.

We stopped in late for some food and drinks. Sat at the bar and were waited on by an very nice bartender that also happened to be the owner. Had a couple of "fun" cocktails and food. Cocktails were great. Everything was reasonably priced. We had tacos, hot dog sliders with chili and sauerkraut, and a mozzarella cheese sandwich. All were excellent. This place has a fun vibe and tons of character. We even heard "Silver. Blue and Gold" by Bad Company while we were there! I cant recommend this place enough! Cheers!
