Superb! Just everything about this cozy little niche found in downtown Cocoa Beach surpasses expectations for a dining experience. I chose Flavour to celebrate my birthday based on reviews and post of some amazing looking chef inspired dishes. I was not disappointed, from the moment you walk into the very welcoming, comfy bar and dining area to the moment you leave is a wonderful experience. The staff is so pleasant and efficient. The chef is amazing! Every morsel was delectable and perfectly seasoned.....the best chefs do not have salt and pepper on the table, they know their food is prepared to perfection. There was even a very sweet vase of flowers for me. Caron was so accommodating, my daughter from NY called and ordered a bottle of wine for us, Caron handled it all! We ordered “The Snitch” , a Napa Valley Chardonnay, it was excellent. I have celebrated my birthday in some pretty fantastic restaurant, including one on the Champs-Elysees...Flavour Kitchen and Wine Bar definitely makes my top 5 list!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I love how creative the chef is. We almost always order the special. You know it's fresh, unique and made with love. The chef clearly has a passion for what he does. We also almost always get the Tuna Taco appetizers. They are amazing! The tuna is clearly a high grade, which I cannot say the same for other restaurants. If you are like me, and think that the tuna quality in the US has gone down over the past 15 years, you should give Flavour Kitchen's tuna a try. I'm addicted, whereas at other places I'm often times disappointed.

Best restaurant on Cocoa Beach! The beet salad, snapper, cannoli, and wine were fantastic. Great atmosphere too. If you like Florida Fresh Grill, this restaurant is better. I've eaten at just about all restaurants on Cocoa Beach and Flavour Kitchen and Wine Bar is by far the best.

My review is supposed to be 5 stars. Place is fantastic. Everything. Setting, atmosphere, music, and of course food. Oh yeah, we went back the very next night

Very good restaurant. Went there with a group of 10 and everyone was pleased with their meal. Very interesting dish combination and far from your standard restaurant and bar. Service was excellent and our table even enjoyed a visit from the chef. The restaurant is loud and lighting is low, but both are quickly overcome by the great tasting food.
