We decided to stop in after I found them and looked over the menu, it seemed to have something that everyone in our group (even the picky eaters) would like. And I'm glad we did!
This place is very cute, love the vintage beach diner vibe in all the decor and watching the old show clips and music videos on the TV was fun to add to the feel of it all.
The staff was super friendly and very attentive. We always had what we needed at the table.
The food was really great! My husband and father in law had cheeseburgers and really liked them, their patties are very flavorful. My daughter and myself had the hotdogs, probably one of the best hotdogs I've ever had, so full of flavor and very filling. My mother in law loved her BLT on sourdough. We split onion rings, regular fries and the ocean fries I think they were called (sea salt and vinegar) WOW so good! Definitely recommend the ocean fries and onion rings! Also try the milkshakes they are sublime.
I wish we were local to this place because we would become regulars!! Next time we come to Florida we definitely will make a stop in.
Now the very best breakfast on the beach. And have had breakfast everywhere I can get to walking. Perfect coffee, best ever home fries and they know how to make an omelette that is tasty and not overcooked. This is now where I will be returning for breakfast often. Did I mention very friendly, kind and efficient service.
Wonderful throwback to an earlier era diner experience! Excellent, never frozen, fresh cut fries and delicious foot long dogs. A Very nice New York style egg cream soda fountain drink and a vanilla shake satisfied our cravings. Exceeded our expectations!????????
They are still working out the glitches but they are very accommodating with requests and getting things sorted out. It's a pretty 50s look diner bright and cutely decorated. The television screen plays kids dancing to 50s music and some Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers footage. Very clever dancing it reminded me of my mum and dad.
The food was basic sandwiches and burgers but good quality, well prepared and generous portions. They are planning to add breakfast by the end of March. Looking forward to trying that.
The Diner was fantastic!!! The owner and his helpers went out of their way to make our Red Hats luncheon so special with Red balloons, red candies at each spot and after lunch each of us received a red rose!!!! So wonderful!!! The food was super, music and videos from the 50's and 60's made us all want to get up and dance!!! Thank you so much - what a fantastic time!!!! The food was so delicious with real 50-60's diner food and shakes etc. ????????
