Chart House

The Chart house has by far been the best meal and seafood I've had in Florida. The octopus is delicious. The peach bourbon glazed scallops and shrimp have been the best Scallops and shrimp I've had in my years on this earth. The lava cake was heavenly and I found the meal to be worth every penny

This is a wonderful dinning experience, always a fine meal. Service is top notch. One of the better views of the river while you dine. Not inexpensive, but as always, you get what you pay for. Salad bar is very good too. Early bird menu makes this place a real value. A real must for the special occasion. Don't pass on the cheesecake.

Nice place for a special occasion, but there are also lower priced Early Dining meals for a regular weeknight dinner. Excellent salad bar. Service is on point. Unfortunately, I've tried two seafood dishes- a fresh catch before, and the crab cake starter pictured here from this visit, and both have had an off putting fishy flavor. Other than those two items, everything has been well prepared, fresh, and tasty.

Service, ambience and experience we're excellent. The food was mostly very good. My prime rib was tasteless but the salad, oysters and potatoes were outstanding. It's very expensive for Melbourne, around $100 per person for our dinner for four without expensive wines. Generally the experience is worth it.

Have been going to the chart house for years and have never had a bad meal. Great selection, food for everyone. Their steaks are fantastic and one of the best salad bars I’ve encountered. Price can be a little high but definitely worth it. You can’t go wrong.
