Came in through drive Order my usual coffee like I do every day and the girl kept saying that her headset died and asked me to repeat myself I must’ve repeated myself five different times and said the same exact thing every time and got the still got the wrong coffee instead of assuming with in somebody’s coffee you should ask one more time when you get up to the window because if somebody has a severe allergy a hazelnut you’re going to hurt themI had to turn around due to having hazelnut in my coffee which makes me 20 minutes late for work now thank you to the two people behind the counter fix my coffee don’t just assume somebody’s coffee next time

We stopped for a quick breakfast and a donut as we were leaving the area. The breakfast sandwiches that we picked we're good, hot and fresh. The coffee was the great coffee that they are famous for and of course the donuts we're great. The employees were helpful and friendly.

Usually stop here when we've run out of coffee or sugar at home. This morning though, watching the barrista shoveling sugar into our coffee cups was alarming. The coffee ended up way too sweet to drink and was later dumped out as a result. I appreciate the effort, but a little sugar goes a long way.
