Grills Riverside Seafood Deck & Tiki Bar

I have been going to Grills for years and always love it! The food is good,atmosphere is good and the staff has always been wonderful. Except for recently when I visited with my family one evening for dinner,we sat inside,the waitress was awesome but the hostesses were not friendly at all. Not just one,but all were very rude,3 hostesses. They barely acknowledged me,then when they did and gave me the buzzer,they threw it down on the counter and as I said thank you,the girls ignored me,one gave me a dirty look and then they turned to one another to gossip about another hostess that was waking up! My daughter was with me as well and witnessed it and couldn’t believe how rude they were! Was grateful that our waitress was good and the food was good, but the hostesses need to realize that they set an example for the restaurant and atmosphere and how they treat the customers do matter. If I had been a first time customer,I probably wouldn’t have been back just so I wouldn’t have to deal with feeling like a burden when trying to enjoy some time out with my family!

Their Margaritas are good! The first drink I got was terrible but our Waitress Sarah was awesome! Very polite, very attentive and just overall great customer service! The crab legs were steamed but not seasoned at all and they were overcooked. The coconut shrimp were good and the hamburger my fiance got was very good also!! I would definitely recommend this place! I think my daughter would have enjoyed it more during the day so she could see the scenery.

Grills has a warm, relaxing atmosphere and great views of the Indian River. Outdoor seating is plentiful and they try to make it comfortable with heating in cold weather and fans when it's hot outside. The greeters and wait staff are always friendly and very good at the job they do. Kitchen consistently creates great tasting food with very good portion size. They are able to seat a lot of people and they are always pretty busy when we go, but we've never had to wait for a table. Give them a try the next time you're around US1 and Pineda.

What a great place. We stumbled upon it while hanging out over there. I was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness of the entire staff. View was phenomenal. Food absolutely delicious.
Abby was our service and was so bright and cheery. Very knowledgeable about the menu and a joy to have as our server!

Service was great! Disappointed in the New England clam chowder (award winning). Not creamy and was quite spicy. It was very thick and had lots of clams and potatoes but was not NE approved IMHO. Fish Reuben was nice and thick. Shrimp Cuban was spicy, as advertised, but lacked bulk. We'll try something different next time.
