You can't beat it for a fast food burger joint. So what if the burgers are basically tasteless. People go to McDonalds for the fries and Cokes. No one is fooled.

Staff could be more welcoming and enthusiastic. Got the feeling that people were unhappy with each other. Manager did not greet any customers.

This place is a hit and miss depending on the day. It would seem like they need some machine upgrades because they seem to have technical issues. The food is the same as always but the service is a bit slower than the usual fast food places. Need patience when coming here.

Food was excellent and very very fresh. Communications with pay window were awful. Likely they are so used to giving the same instruction time after time, they assumed they did already. Maybe, dunno. But we ordered, we paid, but we waited and waited and waited but it took them quite some time to finally tell us to move up to the next window. Otherwise such good hot, fast food.
