Uno Pizzeria & Grill

Was sent here via a recommendation. Initial service was good, but all went to rat when they tried to serve our appetizers. The spring rolls came out overcooked so we sent them back. Pizzas then came out followed by a second serving of overcooked spring rolls, which we sent back. Bad oil was blamed for the quality of the spring rolls. Pizzas were nice but not the best. Tables weren't clean and flatware was not a reflection of the best hygiene. Manager was darting about muttering about having stuff sent back from other customers.

Good deep dish pizza. Kid-friendly restaurant. Tablet Ziosks at tables for ordering and games. Nice bar area for getting a drink and talking business. Good beer selection and good cocktails.

Usually we get great service. We visit at least monthly. Last time was just poor service. Bartender was way too overwhelmed with not nearly that many people there. The guy that usually takes care of us is great. We'll still go back.

Very clean, open & big. Wait staff was excellent. Our kindergarten class got a tour and got to make their own pizza ! It was great & I would gladly return for private dining.
