“Whenever I travel, I always look for waffle House to settle the morning cravings and to get the best coffee I've ever tasted. Waffle House never fails to deliver, their Cooks always seemed very clean and talented, the servers are always on the spot and never failed to deliver great service quickly. I still can't believe that I can walk in and get a double order of chili smothered hash browns and a endless cup of coffee 4 round 6 bucks all over the country delivered to me super fast with a great smile. If you sit up the breakfast bar, you are bound to have some great conversation with some wonderful people. I would highly recommend waffle House because they deliver on the spot”

“So much good to say about this place. Food looked delicious, good beer selections, and they know how to serve a Moscow Mule! Friendly and attentive bar staff, clean restrooms, and a karaoke sound system that ROCKED! Everything you need for a great night of fun. So why only 4 stars? Because even with so much of the "right stuff", there are a couple of key elements that can send an evening down hill in a hurry. Such as, when temps are in the 90's outside, you should feel a (cooler) difference inside. The back bar area was a little better, but the kareoke was happening in the front bar area and that's where people wanted to be. Saddest is that a fix is so simple. Two or three well mounted 18 inch fans in the corners would move the air in the room and make a huge difference. Great place and we'll go back... when we're not in the middle of a sweltering Florida summer.”

“My in-laws threw me and my husband a rehearsal dinner/happy hour the night before our wedding at The Cottage and it was absolutely perfect! We rented out the back of the venue and it was gorgeous, enough seating for all of our guests (probably about 60 people in total showed). Sarah Hogan, one of the owners, worked with my in-laws in the weeks leading up to the day making sure everything was set and answered any questions they had. She was also there the day of and during the event to ensure it ran smooth. Chris is THE BEST server at The Cottage and he was amazing! He worked the entire party and made sure everyone had a drink in their hand the entire night. He did a fantastic job. He is always so personable and makes you feel welcome. We have become regulars and we have gotten to know Chris a little and we were so glad he was working our party! He offered hugs to most of our guests because he felt right at home and fit very nicely with our family and friends. The food was great! We had appetizers consisting of pretzels with beer cheese and then a Ploughman's Platter made up of cheese, meats and breads. We had a limited open bar with THE BEST GUINNESS I've had in the US and other beers and wines. “I ordered a 24” pepperoni pizza to go tonight. When I got to the restaurant early, I could see the pizza guy putting the pepperoni on a huge round pizza and I figured it was mine, which it was. My wait was completely normal since I got there shortly after I called in. I was greeted by a very nice and polite young lady who was at the cash register. I sat down and watched as the cook attended to other orders. I was very happy with our pizza when I got home. I am writing this review while on my third huge slice. The pepperoni topping is perfect! The sauce is plentiful. I hate a pizza that is dry and hardly any sauce. This pizza has a good amount of sauce. The right amount of cheese. To sum it up, the pizza was 5 stars. Scrumptious. I like to give credit where credit is due. I will be buying my pizza here from now on.”

“My family and I love their food.... their customer service leaves much to be desired. On one occasion I called and ordered Togo and was given a 20 minute time frame. When I arrived I was ignored. It took a large group walking in for anyone to come up front. After they finally got my name I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring my order out. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot when I arrived and only 3 tables with people. So they were not busy enough for a simple order to take 50 minutes. I have also called on several occasions and the phone just rings. They really need to up their customer service game...”

They also now have "sesame balls" which are a really delicious dessert type snack - I haven't been able to find them since I was in Los Angeles, so I am very happy they have them here!
