LongHorn Steakhouse

Consistently one of my favorite dining experiences. There's almost always a wait, but man, is it worth it! Steaks are obviously on point, but the appetizers we've ordered (blooming onion, cheese & bacon dip, and the new cheeseburger dip) have all been outstanding, and the sides are also all delicious. Additionally, the Chocolate Stampede cake is *literally* one of my favorite things in this world.

Cherry on top is that the service is great and friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for an amazing time eating juicy steaks.

Very clean and modern. Good portions of good food. We had strawberry chicken salad, burgers and shrimp chowder ????

My favorite restaurant to eat at. The food is always good. I usually get the chicken tenders or parmesan crusted chicken. Bread and butter is served shortly after you've been seated. The service is always exceptional if anything is wrong they take care of it quickly and without hesitation. Try to save room dessert the chocolate cake is so good!

Chain restaurants can be hit or miss depending on the staff and management. This Longhorn does well on both counts, with a kitchen to back them up.

They offer a variety of apps, salads and entrees which should meet most pallets. A favourite is the Strawberry salad. It’s not for everyone, but the combination of fruit, pecans and cheese with the fresh greens is amazing. Their steaks are some of the best I’ve had from a chain restaurant, and that goes for many high end places as well (e.g. Ruth Chris, Morton’s). The other area I give them good marks is on their Salmon. It is cooked perfectly, and I’ve had is several times. The key is asking to have it cook to the right temperature and firmness. I prefer “medium” and it is flavourful and moist.

If desserts are your thing they have a molten lava chocolate cake that will satisfy and chocolate craving you might have. Moist, flavourful and done with a nice presentation.

If you’ve never been to a Longhorn, give it a try. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
