Hibachi Express

I have had several great experiences with their food, staff, and service. I believe the owner is the main cook, her food is delicious, the portions are large, and they accommodate my special requests for extra protein or veggies for an additional fee. Her young daughter, and a young boy, hold down taking the orders and greeting the guests. I don’t mind this at all, and I think it adds to the character to this family owned, friendly, local spot.
The food tastes fresh, not greasy or oily. The chicken is chunks of white meat, not stringy, or flat chicken that most other places serve. The veggies are a variety of zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, and onions, and once again are thick cut pieces. Yum!

Food was good. Neighborhood wasnt the greatest. I never had sushi served in Styrofoam before. They need better presentation with serving food.

You will be floored by this place. It is AMAZING. Food was HOT, delicious, and they gave us huge portions. The owners were so nice and the child was super pleasant. Great experience all around.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I cannot say enough about how good it is. The food is cooked to perfection with fresh sushi and steak that is cooked to order. My family and I come as often as we can. We have always had a great experience. The excellent customer service, great prices and cute kids just top it all off. If you have not had a chance to visit, please do. You will gladly add this place to your restaurant favs list!

Authentic delicious and affordable. The family is adorable the kids are so polite. But the food is over the top for Palm Bay sushi and hibachi. Pics explain it all. Give them a try. It's better than pizza any day.
