Skeebos

Friday evening and I wanted to try out Skeebos Ribs. This would be my 3rd visit since finding out about this place. First visit I tried the Smothered Pork Chop dinner & the second was a Fried Pork Chop sandwich. Both were so good! This visit was about the Ribs! I ordered the Rib dinner with Mac & Cheese and Baked Beans. I got home only to discover they didn't give me the Mac & Cheese!!! I called back, they were closed by this point, but the guy that answered the phone said, "C'mon back!". Luckily I'm close to the restaurant so I went back and they were waiting for me as I noticed that even though they had closed, as soon as I approached the locked door, the owner, she was ready with Mac & Cheese in hand! She apologized and passed me that delicious Mac & Cheese! I was initially upset because I had to go back but the taste of the meal made the frustration disappear! I can't believe I only found out about this place about a month ago. Best Soul Food place in the Palm Bay/ Melbourne area! I don't know what I'll try next but I have no doubt it will be good!

One of the best ribs/soul food spots on the Florida East Coast! The ribs are tender and deliciously sauced, not dry like at many commercial restaurants. The owners will take care of you real nice.

I had the one of their daily specials, the pulled pork sandwich with fries. The pork was juicy and tender and had the right amount of BBQ sauce on it. The fries were the best extra crispy fries I've had. Some of the other Red Hat ladies in our group had hamburgers, haddock plate, pulled pork, and a grilled chicken salad. There were 8 of us and the food was delivered on time and service was excellent throughout the meal. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, always making sure our drinks were filled, etc.This is another place to add to my list of places to come back too! Even if you are not in the area you have to come here and try there food....you will be glad you did!

This is the Holy Grail of Southern comfort food. Between the 3 of us, we had the pulled pork sandwich, the ox tail meal, and the pork chop meal. For sides we had collard greens, rice, mac & cheese, dressing, and fries. The corn bread is perfect. They give massive quantities and the food is SPECTACULAR. The staff is all super friendly, too. I can't wait to go again!

The food was Amazing. I'm a professional foodie. The people were very attentive and kind. My sister and I ordered the rib lunch plate and it was delicious. The potato salad was out of this world. This was my first time coming but definitely won't be the last. Keep us the good work guys and much success on your establishment.
