La Marimba Mexican Restaurant

Absolutely superb. Their Tuesday all you can eat tacos are the best I've ever had including several places within Mexico itself! Very reasonable prices and very excellent service. Super clean restaurant also! Good folks that run this place and good staff as well! Have probably been to this location over a hundred times and it's always been outstanding!

Fresh ingredients and if your order is wrong; they fix it! Rice instead of beans? They bring you the Beans! Excellent! Great service! Delicious food! Great salsa! They are friendly! Nothing out of a jar! Affordable! Best guacamole in town yet!

Nothing spectacular here. The portions are not that impressive for a Mexican place and you have to pay $1.50 for another basket of chips. The food literally came out in five minutes, which I wasn't thrilled about because I was vising with my niece and nephew for the first time in two years, so it kind of felt rushed at that point. The speed of the service seemed like it was more of a fast food type deal and not a made to order meal. I am never in Rockledge, but even if I was, I would probably not rush back here anytime soon. However, the service was very good and the place was clean and has a good atmosphere.

If you go to LA Marimba on a Tuesday, for "taco Tuesday" you won't regret it. The deal is $9 and you choose a style of bean, style of rice, and UNLIMITED TACOS (choosing the type of meat and hard/soft shell). they bring out 3 at a time and they're pretty big (about 2x Taco bell size). & I think they have this on Thursdays also. You can wash it all down with their everyday deals: $3 homemade margaritas, $2 fireball and $4 22oz beer
