Goombay's Island Grill

My boss chose this place ‘cause she’d seen it on TV or something and when we got inside I thought it was a bit small and loud but, the food. OH MY GOD! So good! The crab cakes, the seafood egg rolls, literally everything we had was amazing. I can’t remember if they served cocktails but they had a decent beer menu and a few wines so not the best drinking spot but for some darn good seafood served different then you always get, it’s perfect. Definitely coming back.

Really good food- the service could be much better. We were there late ( arrived around 9:30, so the place was not busy at all), our waitress just generally took her time. Did not check on us, did not clean the table on time, we had to wait unreasonably long for drinks—- even after we paid she did not come to get the money.
But the food is tasty, well spiced, hot and good!
They had live music - Billy must of been part of some hard rock band; got a good strong voice and skills.

Had the tacos, chicken jerk and steak grilled. Both were very good and enjoyed them both. Also had the cheddar bacon fries as a starter. Good, but the cheese could have been a little thinner. Staff were super friendly and knew the menu well. The overall vibe was surfer beach friendly.

What a nice place with friendly people. Amazing food and atmosphere very clean facilities. Lots of parking. We had a very enjoyable time. We will be back to this noe for sure!

Quality food, Quality Service low-key atmosphere. Moderately priced and is kind of a locals restaurant. Pricing is good for the quality of the food. I had their chicken wings and did not care for the ranch or bleu cheese that they use. But the chicken was perfectly prepared. My wife had the tuna Blossom and was very pleased with its quality and accouterments.
