Do yourself a favor and eat at this charming café - and prepare to be wowed.

We were just looking for a place to eat that wasn't fast food or seafood (we're vegetarians). This came up on a search. The outside is unassuming (strip mall type with PLENTY of free parking), but the second you step inside, your world changes; the ambiance is delightful.

The place is small and it was a crowded lunch hour weekday and we didn't have a reservation. We waited about 10 minutes for a table while browsing all the amazing teas in the front room (who knew there were SO many different teas?!). The "Tea Lady" is extremely educated about teas and showed them all to us - and we sniffed them and they all had a beautiful story (this is a REAL tea house!). She was just so nice and pleasant, we enjoyed waiting for our table and just chatting with Tea Lady.

While waiting, we noticed all the beautiful china in the china cabinets. It was a throwback in time to my grandmother's home, where she collected china tea cups; that was so enjoyable. The café is beautiful and clean and just so charming.

We were seated and had the nicest, sweetest, soft-spoken server (Cailey). Everyone here is quiet and elegant, without being pretentions. The other server was equally as nice. The owner (Ms. Hayhurst, I'm assuming) was the kind of small shop owner you want to meet. She takes pride in her café and business and it definitely showed.

We sat down to an elegantly set table with beautiful fresh flowers. Everyone was enjoying their lunch and chatting softly. Us Miami girls are used to being loud, so this was a new experience for us - it is a wonderful place to have a quiet meal, or meet girlfriends (or guys) for lunch. We both ordered the day's special: Spinach quiche. It came with a cup of tomato basil soup and a cheddar scone. It was beyond delicious. The soup was hot and delicious, the quiche was out of this world, and that scone - oh, so amazing. I had brewed iced tea and my friend had a tea pot of a hot tea; she loved it so much, she bought a bag on the way out.

We shared a piece of lemon cake for dessert, and when our server brought it, she said it had "cream" on the side (a little dollop). I just assumed it was whipped cream, but it was the MOST amazing cream I have ever tasted. I believe she said it was "scone cream". If you go here and get a dessert, be SURE to ask for a dollop of it - SO delicious.

I loved this place so much. When we came in, it was full. When we left, everyone had gone - we just enjoyed sitting there. Nice people, beautiful setting, such charm and delicious food. And, the prices were great - such a good meal at a very reasonable price. We loved it and I can't wait for my travels to bring me to Titusville again to eat here. I want to bring my mother here, she would absolutely appreciate the charm of this this tea café. I HIGHLY recommend (can you tell?).

I thought it was a little pricey. Good food & service

Though the atmosphere there is a tad dated and slightly tacky the finger foods are quite tasty. The tea is over steeped and bitter. Tea should never be so dark and bitter tasting that one would need to water in down or mix it with sweeteners or milk.

Tried Tea World Cafe for the first time today during lunch hours. The ambiance was so soothing and relaxing, everything about the environment was comforting. Our server was pleasant and didn't miss a beat. I had the chicken salad croissant with a side of broccoli apple slaw, their signature house tea, and raspberry chocolate cake for dessert. All of it was delicious! I would definitely recommend stopping in, and I'll be back myself.
