(June 1, 2019, 11:51 pm)Received a pleasant greeting upon entry. My waitress was friendly and warm. Food service was prompt and professionally served. The agedashi was the best I tasted anywhere. The sushi rice was a little mushy but otherwise everything was perfect! Will definitely return next time I’m in town!

(May 17, 2019, 1:45 pm)Umami is the best sushi restaurant I've been to up to now. My favorite is the salmon tempura roll. I usually have it every time, but I forced myself to try an eel roll, with tempura flakes, oh yeah!! Just as awesome! Amazing food, great flavor, good size portions. Nice ambiance. Knowledgeable servers. Beautiful presentation. You won't be disappointed!!

(April 23, 2019, 1:41 am)I loved the Shrimp tempura roll and Harumaki food. I asked for an extra cucumber salad and they offered even though wasn’t part of the menu. Nice place to be and is worth to wait when got busy. Lian was nice all the time and she did good service and recommendations, thanks.I had a wonderful birthday dinner with my friend. Love it!!

(March 20, 2019, 3:49 am)Best in Brevard, actually in Space Coast. Shipments in every week straight from japan. Chris the sushi chef is awesome always coming up with specials weekly. Large selection of Japanese beer. They also have entrees but the sushi is so good I have gotten any yet, but they look/sound amazing. Good deserts too. Will come back , glad I tried.
