Yum yum yum
Love this place. Craft beers are really good. Food is always top notch. The brunch is a must do at least once. Visit here on special occasions or when we feel like treating ourselves.
Great food and excellent service. Our server Samantha was friendly and took our orders promptly. Unfortunately I was on pain medication at the time so I was unable to sample their beer selection, but the food was delicious. I personally had the New Yorker pizza and it was awesome
I feel like I might have missed something with my first experience at Big Bear. It was fine, but not worth the hype I had heard. Service was fine, attentive and helpful and good with refills. Food portions are huge, I should have gotten the smaller portion of my entree. I had the chicken puff pastry. Basically an open chicken pot pie with a puff pastry piece on top. The filling was good - hearty and lots of chicken but the pie crust wasn’t good. Tasted like freezer burn. You have to ask for bread service which is annoying - but luckily my dining companions knew to ask. Dogs are allowed on the patio and they were nice to provide a small water bowl.
Arrived with a party of 7 during peak hours on a Saturday night without “calling ahead” Estimated seating time given was 25-35 min. Actual time when called was about 15-20 min. Ambience, decor and food was great as always but a little louder than usual being that it was during the weekend (same as any other great restaurant). The Spinach & Artichoke Dip was tasty, my Chicken Puff Pie was warm and delicious. Can’t vouch for anyone else’s dishes but I believe the rest of our party enjoyed their entrees. Generous portions for the kids and adults. To-go boxes were requested. The service was on point as well. Drinks refilled and we were asked several times how everything was. Server acknowledged me by “Mr. Garcia” when dropping off the check and thanked me. She seemed a bit direct throughout but other than that it was another great experience. Still one of my favorite restaurants in Coral Springs. BTW, yes... they do have a healthier menu for those with issues or vegan/vegetarian.
One of my favorite restaurants in South Florida. Excellent beers, excellent food, and excellent service. Decor is beautifully elegant inside and outside too. They are dog-friendly too - we sat on the porch with our 3 dogs last time, and staff were welcoming to our dogs and immediately brought water for them. We ordered the brie pillow, veggie burger, house burger, and several different beers, and everything was delicious and arrived quickly. It is always a fantastic experience all around, and we look forward to the next time we can return.
