Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Coral Springs

Ordered here multiple times for my job. The food is good but the overall service everytime is kinda a let down. Usually the music is played loud and you can barely hear the workers and they can’t hear you. The customer service isn’t bad nor amazing. It’s in between. It’s in and out type of experience because I always order pick up. But almost every order it is missing something. I learned my lesson the first two orders I placed for my job. Which is about 5-6 meals on one order. I don’t expect for them to be on top of things, but even on small orders the bags still are missing something. It’s either sauce that is requested or side items like coleslaw. You can’t charge extra sauce but do not place them into the bags. I always spend the extra 5 minutes to check the bags to make sure the order is correct. And let’s just says out of the 8 orders I have placed over the several weeks, 5 orders were missing something. Please take the time and slow down and make sure the orders are correct before packing them and giving them to the customers. I understand it can be busy but you have plenty of staff there. Take the time and ensure orders are correct.

Good food good service very high traffic in there it was packed but I got in & out. 3 piece hand breaded with honey mustard. Staff is polite and working to get it done for the customers. I've tried a few of the Huey Magoos the two here in S. Florida last night Coral Springs, Sunrise and my go to in Orlando Millenia. Yo! Adrian! ( He's an employee with great customer service). These restaurants are very consistent with good quality food in my opinion better than the competitors. As long as they keep up the consistency, they will take over as more people taste their food. RESPECT!

Really good chicken tenders, really really good. The service though wasn’t really good, in fact it wasn’t good at all. The owner needs to look a lot closer at how his staff affects his patron’s experience. The light, flaky coating is what makes their tenders. The size of the tenders is acceptable but they’re no Buffalo Wild Wing’s tenders which are ginormous. The prices are tricky because by ordering their smallest combos, the cost is MUCH higher per tender than ordering let’s say their 7 piece. We ordered that along with fries and a misplaced toast for a really fair price. Will certainly add this place to our rotation.
