The coffee was very, very good.

The woman who took my order and made my coffee was very pleasant, but not terribly attentive. While making my drinks she spent the entire time openly on a conversation on her cell phone which she had tucked under her left bra strap under her sleeve. Lovely atmosphere, good coffee, a little more attention to professionalism needed

The food was scrumptious, the drinks were delicious, and the staff was very nice! Even the name of the place is adorable! Been looking forward to coming back here for so long!

By far, the best coffee in the area. Roasted at their Pines location, they provide options from different countries and amazing food.
You have to try the empanadas... they are amazing! And you can also buy them by the dozen which turns out to be a great idea for parties or friends gatherings!

When I had been told that He-Brews had closed down I was sad to hear. They were a bit on the expensive side but their drinks and baked goods were delicious and the service was fantastic.

When I heard a new coffee shop had taken over I was curious and stopped by with some friends. You couldn't imagine how surprised I was to find out that the shop to replace He-Brews was a second location for Roasting Buddies, one my favorite -and certainly one of the most creative - coffee shops in all of South Florida! The original shop is located in Pembroke Pines and is spectacular. I've dragged every friend and family member I reasonably could to that location and they've all been blown away! Even coffee haters and people who's relationship with coffee starts and stops with a Keurig had a lot to love. The problem was that Miramar/Pembroke Pines is just too darn far away! We've been hoping and praying for Roasting Buddies to come closer for some time and our hopes couldn't have been answered better!

The coffee is incredible; their selection includes everything from cold brew to more esoteric preparations like V60 drip, to simple lattes, to fabulous specialty drinks, and even Starbucks-esque frappachino with shots of espresso and home made whip cream. Everything is to die for. They sell coffee beans as well and the prices are fair and the quality and selection is excellent. I've not tried much of the food at either location but I've had a few assorted baked goods as well as the chicken empanada and I've been impressed with it all.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Increasingly fantastic artisan coffee shops have been coming to the Coral Springs and Parkland areas (finally!) and Roasting Buddies is far and away the cream of the crop.
