Taco Real-Real Mexican Food

I visited Taco Real for breakfast for the first time. I was greeted by the owner who I got to speak with and got to know a little bit. I ordered the chilaquiles in salsa verde (green salsa) with two eggs, it was served with a side of beans as well. I also got an horchata and a concha.

I am Mexican so I tend to rate Mexican restaurant tough especially when it comes to authenticity. I was surprised at how good the chilaquiles were, I mean they were really good! They are very similar to the ones I make at home and have had in Mexico. I could do without the black beans mainly because I would prefer mashed pinto beans like we have in Mexico but also they were just a little dry for me. The concha was okay, it was not as fresh and had a day or two taste to it. The horchata was good, I would say less milk and more cinnamon, the recipe needs a slight tweaking. Other than that my experience here was great. I took my food to go and ate next door with my husband (he ordered from a different restaurant).

They have indoor and outdoor seating, a good selection of tacos which I didn’t get to try this time around. My only complaint was that this meal cost $27 which I thought was crazy expensive for take-out breakfast for one person. The portion was big don’t get me wrong but not worth $27. I always take into consideration the cost and inflation but this was too much.

I loved this place, and definitely think it’s a hidden gem.
I’ve been looking for street tacos in Coral Springs, and saw a review for this place. There are a lot of tacos, but none hit the spot quite like Taco Real. The food is super yummy!
The prices were fair, and the serving sizes were perfect!
The service is wonderfully pleasant, and quick. The asada tacos, and rice are deliciously flavorful!
10/10 will be coming back.

I decided to visit this spot twice before leaving a solid 5 star review. They are fairly new and easy to overlook. It’s pretty small inside with limited seating. I did notice a lot of people were ordering to go. The customer service here is on point and everyone is super friendly. They pour their margaritas to the brim and the waitress literally walks at the pace of a slug to get them out to us without spilling a drop. Worth it. The tacos are street style, authentic Mexican food. On Tuesdays you can score 4 tacos for $10 and they honor that price even if you’re not dining in. I can’t rave enough about this place and will most definitely be a returning customer.

The place is cute. Service and food were spectacular. Highly recommend it if you're looking for authentic Mexican food. The dishes presentation were fantastic. The chicharron de queso and gorditas de chicharron are a must. Everything was authentic and fresh. We'll be comimg back soon for sure 😋

Food tasted authentic , arrived very quickly . Prices were reasonable , and most importantly the service was great. Hidden gem will definitely come back ! Thank You!!
