Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Finally a Dickey's near me. Had the brisket and it was delish, the best brisket I have had in quite some time. Had the beans and coleslaw for sides and they were on point. They have three sauces you can help yourself to in a hot tray, original, mild and spicy. Prices are very reasonable too. There is inside and outside seating. Next time I go I will be trying the kielbasa, looks great. Highly recommended!

I went there last night and the food was great. Everybody was very friendly and made sure it was a good experience. The best pulled pork I’ve tried and the kielbasa sausage was amazing. They have a very extended menu and many options of sides, sandwiches, and different things to order. It was full of people

I ordered the rib plate with double green beans as they didn’t have all sides or meats. The ribs tasted ok but they were tough and definitely not “fall off the bone“ I had them topped with the sweet sauce which I liked. The green beans were bland. They forgot the buttered roll. I sat outside because it was a nice breezy evening and because the inside dining is very small and it easily gets loud with very few people inside. I’ll come back and try the pulled pork and burnt ends since they weren’t available.

Visited yesterday for the first time. I was excited to finally have something different in our area to eat. The employees were very nice and friendly but they don't have it together yet. Its still very new. They had run out of sausage which is what my boyfriend really wanted to try but they substituted with more meat which was nice of them. Parking is a HUGE ISSUE!! They definitely didn't think that out properly. That is an issue. Also I am a short girl 5'1 and was very taken back by the size of ordering counter. Again not very thought through. Its extremely tall and you can't see through it therefore I had no idea how the food looked as I was ordering it thankfully my boyfriend is tall and was able to look over. Finally I ordered pulled pork which was AMAZING!! But the sides were very very basic,I ordered regular mac n cheese and baked beans which I felt could've been better. I will definitely be back but I hope most of the issues are taken care of by then!!
