Listen, the food is really, really good for "fast food." However, they make you wait really long times in all the places that matter: the drive through, the ordering line, and the table or takeout counter waiting for your food. There are people standing in the drive through slowing down the process. The waits make the experience a lot less enjoyable.

Great service inside and via drive through. outstanding dining room hostess spouse went to find a table by the time I paid for my food and they handed me my drinks the food was already heading to the table this is one time the food and family had to wait to wait for me to sit down outstanding service you get more than the price of for it

Love it! It's a family tradition, once a week! A fast food establishment that gives you unrivaled service. Maybe pricier than other fast food types, but it's worth it.

I think everybody that stops by any of their restaurants for true first time becomes a customer for life. Their food is considered fast food but it tastes so much better than the conventional all American fast food that I grew up with. To top it up, being taken care of people with a smile and patient attitude is like the cherry on top. So, good food, good ambience, and good customer service makes any of their restaurants the number one for fast food. I’m sure many agree with me.
