Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food taste and service are always really good. The staff is pleasant. However, the total Chipotle experience has declined. The cleanliness of the food line and restaurant in general has declined. Quality control refresher and perhaps food service etiquette/basics training would probably go a long way towards returning to the Chipotle standards of old.

Order in hand, I proceeded to fill my drink only to find lemonade dispense only water. I informed the team and was told lemonade is gone. How can this be? Is someone irresponsible about ordering enough? This late on Saturday, does that mean if I show tomorrow upon opening, will lemonade still be gone? Or is someone just too lazy to refill this at 1030pm? It's frustrating to get my order and then not have the one drink I enjoy with my meal. I don't care for a carbonated beverage with spicy food, I want sweet/tarty lemonade. I almost feel like giving my cup back and asking for a drink refund. This isn't an anomaly, it has happened at least twice this past month. That difficult to order lemonade! Just absolutely unable to keep it readily stocked. Sad.

Good and usually fresh food. Service is very good as well. There is no excuse not to eat healthier fast food. You can't get a combo meal at McDonald's for less than about $9.... Same as healthier options nowadays....

Awesome food, very friendly and helpful staff for a low price. Never have walked out feeling not totally satisfied with my experience in food quality or fast service. Have eaten at many of the Chipotles around the country and will be eating there I am sure many more times to come. Can't wait for my next visit. Love this place!
