Dunkin'

So, after the great service I had last week from here, I had planned to make a review but then forgot.
Well I went to the other Dunkin Donuts location (the one at the corner of Nova and Davie Rd) and had such a horrible experience with the staff that it reminded me about writing this one.

The lines a little confusing between the Baskin Robbins and Dunkin part of the shop, so I ordered a milkshake and wasn't sure where to pay for it.
I wound up waiting a while and when the gal - Ashley, came to help me out, she gave me a free doughnut for the wait and was just overall super pleasant and friendly. Not to mention cute. Thank you for the good service!

4.5 stars. This is a full-service combined Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. They have a large variety of Baskin Robbins ice cream to choose from. Friendly and attentive service. The place was clean despite being very busy. We enjoyed an ice cream cone and a warm cookie ice cream sandwich. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

Last Friday before school started and I decided to take our ten and six year old out for a last summer hooray. I had seen their advertisement for FREAK SHAKES earlier in the day. I didn’t really know what was involved until the manager told me. The manager, Natasha and Jay were FANTASTIC!!!!! They made these two kids a dessert to remember! And it was super tasty. Marshmallow drizzle, cotton candy ice cream, whipped cream, a sugar cone cotton candy on the straw AND a cherry on top! Oh and a sour rainbow airhead thing. The ten year old says, “this is amazing! Yummy yummy yummy!” The six year old raves, “It’s awesome with dosame! This was the best shake ever!” Then the ten year old chimes in, “he’s not exaggerating.” #endofsummer2018
