We had a lovely meal with good food and good service in a timely manner. However... we sat across the way from two tables that couldn't get waited on for a long-g time. One group got up & left. The other table had finally got served but they waited-d. We understood there was someone who called in sick, but...

Super friendly service, and absolutely delicious food! It felt nice and cozy, and I was a fan of everything I tried. From the chicken to the steak, it was all great! Props to everyone at this location!

This was awesome experience just because of the simple fact is that customer service always finds the way to a customers heart. Between Greg and Jamie they were fantastic. There was a problem with a particular part of the order and they adapted and improvised and also over come.The French Onion was great fresh and hot they made it "happen".. There service should be rewarded in some fashion.I hope that you employee training program should take a couple notes from them.

Didn't keep our drinks full. Doesn't communicate very well. Food quality what happened Outback? You have gone downhill. Your resturant used to be so good and food quality impeccable. Now it seems you don't care.
