Pollo Tropical

What's up Googlers... My Pollo tropical plate today,, I always order the quarter chicken rice and beans two pollo pollo spices and two cilantro garlic's makes it all up with the bread it's my favorite... I know right now this one is very busy because I'm sure they're getting all of the business from the one down the street on Sterling because that's what happened to me... Without a doubt they do have young workers right now that are learning the rhythm and learning the system but they will get there eventually with good management.

We dined-in on outside patio. The food was tasty. The newly advertised Cuban Sandwich was really good and I've never been disappointed in the fried yucca. We were surprised when we requested a refill on our beverage and was denied. They said that due to covid-19, they could not refill our cups. We told them that we understood maybe not being able to refill our current cups, however other places will give you new cup if they aren't able to use your existing one. They simply said..."WE AREN'T ALOUD TO DO THAT HERE...Sorry!"

So, we finished our meals, left, and went elsewhere for another beverage to wash it down.
