Rise Kitchen & Deli (in Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood)

I always look forward to coming to this restaraunt when I’m staying at the hard rock! I stay at the hotel about once a month and Rise is our go to spot for breakfast/lunch every day we r here. There’s lots of yummy options to choose from...and we ALWAYS request Marc or Sandra! They’re both awesome - highly recommend :)

Tiana is exceptionally talented and should be working at a high end restaurant. There were only two servers working at 3am and she had over 10-15 tables! She was efficient, kind, and got everything right. Cool as a cucumber and without breaking a sweat, and still smiling when talking to the tables. I was super impressed. Especially during stressed times like these, where everyone is understaffed and overworked, we are so appreciative of genuine service.

We have had sooo many poor experiences here. It has had high staff turnover, even before covid. However we really love the food and how convenient it is for late night meals so we keep going. Honestly everyone we met tonight was very sweet and I hope they get more support from management.
