Used a Groupon to finally check out this place. The location is little bit difficult to get access there having one way in and out into a solitary section of the plaza next to a First Watch, and the parking is somewhat limited unless you are willing to walk just a little using the much larger lot were the main plaza sits. Next to it is a stand alone Chick-fil-a which must have included an extra side holy on their chicken today. There was a ridiculous line of cars going into their drive-thru making it more difficult to get in and out of BurgerIM. Once I finally was able to get into their lot I was fortunate to find a spot open almost right in front of the restaurant. Due to the pandemic, correctly worn masks covering your mouth and nose are required for entry, and they even have a pic showing it on their door.

I ordered the trio combo with fries and a drink. The proteins chosen were angus beef, crispy chicken and lamb. Being this was my first time I wanted to try the burgers out without a bunch of different premiumtpremium or sauces, just the standard lettuce, tomato and pickle, to see how well the burgers stand on their own. Each trio burger was 3oz, just short of a 1/4lb, and rather thick patties making them a nice size. I also ordered a 1/3 lb Angus beef burger for my bro to try, also without any premium toppings or sauces.

Of the three, the lamb was my least favorite. It has decent flavor but was a bit too lean and not very juicy. It could have used any of their sauce options and maybe bacon to heighten the flavor (basically something that has a little fat content would help). The Angus beef and chicken were well flavored, juicy, and really didn't need anything extra to it unless you wanted it. I'd say they were equally good, and of course the larger burger was the same. My only complaint would be that it didn't automatically come with mayo, ketchup and/or mustard which I should have verified, but only for the lamb though this would have helped.

Their fries are thick cut chips, but they were fantastic. Simply seasoned with salt, and fried just right to give a nice crunchy exterior and slightly softer interior like a normal fry. Also, the amount provided was quite a bit so I didn't go through them fast. I had a little less than half of them left after finishing the burgers and was pretty full, but I had to finish the fries cause they were really good to me. Drinks are your standard choices of Coke products that you fill and refill on your own.

The layout and design were quite nice and everything was very clean. The staff also made sure to have masks on at all times and were very friendly. Pricing is comparable to the next door Chick-fil-a, but the quality of the food is there making the meal worth it. The total with tax prior to the use of the Groupon was $20, $5 after the Groupon, and the cost of the Groupon when I got it was around $6 so my end cost for the meal was $11, not bad for the value, quality and quantity. If it wasn't for the location being kind of nudged into a corner that's somewhat hard to access and the lamb burger this place would get 5 stars. However, I will be back. Btw, I did take pics of the food but for some reason I can't include them in the review.

Very good burgers for a very good price, served by very friendly and cheerful young people in a very clean establishment. Large, accessible, clean bathrooms. Good, non chloride fountain drinks. This is as close as one can come to the Fi !

One of the best tasting hamburgers ? my wife and I have eaten in town. I got the Angus Sandwich meal and added cheese and bacon bits to the Fries?. Even the coke was good! Server was excellent. Very patient.
Definitely a place to return often.

Burgers in The Trio were were flavorful and delicious. 1st time there and suggested menu combinations made by staff Frank and Sarah were excellent. Oreo shake was the real thing with hand-scooped ice cream and not just out of a machine. Good find!
