Ichiban Buffet

Ok... This place has upped the ante for my sushi buffet obsession. Not only have they redone the place so it looks just amazing inside and outside, the buffet is filled with some little goodies I haven't found at other buffet, like soft buns. The sushi selection is very nice and they have salmon ???????????? at lunch ( my last place stopped serving it for lunch ). I also like how the hibachi isn't tucked away. Seriously give this place a look if you like buffets.

The food was not that warm. The won ton soup liquid was cold and the dumplings were warm. The pepper steak was chewy and the vegetables were fine. The flan was delicious. The ginger ale was great. The server was adequate.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I like how the customer service is always great and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Prices are reasonable and they serve big portions.
